Summary
VolkerFitzpatrick offers a range and depth of civil engineering, infrastructure and building services. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in driving commercial success, maximising project value and cash flow while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Acting as the commercial lead on site, you'll provide expert support on contractual and commercial matters, manage costs and project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help ensure projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
About you
- On site experience of 3+ years of maintenance contracts
- Experience of onsite measures
- NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions
- Other forms of contract desirable
- Managing others
