Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of works on the Agratas project. This role will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure developments. Previous experience working as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer on infrastructure or civil engineering projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Knowledge of the requirements of CDM regulations Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues Experience in civil engineering If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
