We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Airfield Operating Surfaces (AOS) Framework. Working on multiple projects, you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the allocated site. You will manage design packages and key subcontract accounts, assist with audits, provide cost reports, monitor project cashflow, and manage the application for payment process.

Key Requirements

  • Adequate experience as a QS/PQS from a Tier 1 Main Contractor with civils experience
  • You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
  • Experience of MOD/DIO (Defence) projects preferred
  • Ideally someone who is interested in travelling to various sites
