You could already be operating at a management level within a major highways maintenance contract or framework, with responsibility for significant areas of operational delivery and a strong relationship with the client. You understand what successful mobilisation and delivery looks like and are now ready to take on greater leadership responsibility.
You will be a commercially minded highways or civil engineering leader with:
- Experience in highways maintenance, infrastructure or civil engineering.
- A strong background in business development, bids or pre-construction.
- The ability to build trusted client relationships and spot future opportunities.
- Experience taking frameworks from bid through mobilisation into delivery.
- Strong commercial, operational and risk-management awareness.
- Credibility when presenting to clients and leading senior stakeholder discussions.
- A track record of building and developing successful teams.
