We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in the water sector to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. Working alongside our delivery teams, you will take ownership of all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Works Manager/Construction Manager within the water sector (clean water, wastewater, treatment works, pipelines, or related infrastructure).
  • Strong background in civil engineering/utilities projects.
  • Experience in managing projects in ECI/Project delivery phases.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors, site teams and complex site operations.
  • Relevant construction/engineering qualifications ideally to degree level.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Commercial awareness and cost control experience.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive successful project outcomes.
