Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our team based on our M3 Junction 9 Project in Winchester. You will supporting National Highway projects and the business, in the collection and collation of project and business performance data. You will produce and assist in the production of reports to the business and projects in line with business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience within a Civil Engineering / Contracting environment.
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work both on their own or as part of a team.
- You will need to be computer literate and have a sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerBi, Word, Forms and PowerAPPs).
- You must have good organisation skills and be able to work in a methodical manner with a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to prioritise their own workload.
- You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externally at all levels.
