The Project Manager is the most senior member of the site operations team and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, including health, safety, environmental and quality compliance and programme and budget requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Manage programme, budget and overall project delivery.
- Produce work package plans, task briefing sheets and implement safe systems of work.
Qualifications
- Proven technical and project management abilities from the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and management skills.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and their implementation.
- Detailed knowledge of safety, quality and environmental issues relevant to the project environment.
- Drug & alcohol screening is mandatory for all.
