VolkerWessels UK is a market leading contracting group of five closely linked businesses. We provide integrated and ground-breaking solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors, with specialisms in rail, highways, airports, marine, defence, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure. Join our HR team and play a key role in delivering accurate, meaningful workforce insights. Reporting into our Senior HR Reporting Analyst, you’ll manage data across our HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems, keep information accurate, and produce the reports that help drive business decisions. Please note that this is a full time, permanent role based at our Hoddesdon office.
About our role
- Maintain high‑quality HR data and support regular audits
- Produce monthly dashboards and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Prepare statutory submissions and ensure GDPR compliance
- Support key HR projects including pay reviews and engagement surveys
About you
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data
- Experience with HR systems (iTrent/TalentLink is advantageous)
- Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
- Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and handle sensitive information
