Ready to play a key role in a busy, people-focused HR team? We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Service Coordinator to help power our HR Shared Services function. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract, based at our Hoddesdon office.

Responsibilities:- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing confident, friendly, and solution-focused support
- Managing HR transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to great service
- Maintaining high-quality employee data and ensuring our processes run smoothly
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement across the team
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and HR/people databases
- A sharp eye for detail and a flexible, team-oriented approach
- Previous HR administration experience or CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential)
