We are looking for a Lead Operative to join our Traffic Management business, based in our Wokingham depot. The successful candidate will work to instructions from supervisors, ensuring all traffic management is installed, maintained and removed in accordance with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings, while demonstrating a Safety and Quality approach that is uncompromising.

Responsibilities

  • Work to instructions from supervisors to install, maintain and remove all traffic management equipment in line with Chapter 8 and scheme drawings.
  • Demonstrate a Safety and Quality approach through example and practice.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in traffic management operations.
  • Previous experience in highways maintenance.
  • Holder of 12D M1–M6 and/or 12A/B LTMO/Foreman.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Valid First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
