We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated professional to join us as a Senior Works Manager on a large project at the M3 Junction 9 near Winchester. As the Senior Works Manager you will support the team in the successful delivery of the project and will have overall responsibility for all on-site activities. The project is a major junction improvement programme, widening the junction and constructing two new bridges to create a new gyratory, allowing the M3 to increase from three lanes to four as it passes under the junction. The southbound slip road onto the M3 will be extended so traffic has more time to join the motorway and improve the safety of the junction with upgraded signs and gantries.
About You
- Proven track record of successful project delivery as a Works Manager/Senior Works Manager
- Highways Infrastructure Experience would be advantageous
- Relevant experience across multiple civil engineering activities
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety
- CSCS
- Experience in heavy plant operations
