We are looking for a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with experience in civils and infrastructure. VolkerFitzpatrick is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), working within the Earthworks team delivering critical rail infrastructure upgrades across the Southern region. This is a key commercial role where you will support the successful delivery of earthworks packages, ensuring robust cost management, value delivery, and strong commercial governance across complex rail projects.

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Experience within rail, earthworks, or geotechnical projects
  • Knowledge of Network Rail standards and processes
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or commercial management
