This role sits within the Buildings Portfolio, which delivers a diverse range of projects across the Southern region, including; station buildings, platform construction, upgrades and extensions, canopies, Footbridges, M&E works and associated railway building and infrastructure improvements. As Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial leadership across the Buildings Portfolio, ensuring projects are commercially robust, risks are effectively managed and opportunities are maximised. We are looking for a commercially astute leader with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for developing high performing teams. Proven experience in a senior commercial role within rail, infrastructure, construction or a related sector. Strong commercial and contractual management expertise. Experience leading and developing commercial teams. A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, supply chain partners and project teams. Strong commercial reporting, forecasting, risk management and change management experience. An experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step into a Commercial Manager position.
