We are looking for a Project Director to operationally lead a project in Kings Lynn. This presents a fantastic opportunity for someone stepping up from Senior Project Manager level, or someone currently operating as a Project Director within a main contracting environment. As the Project Director you will lead on all operational matters from pre‑construction, delivery and completion, managing multiple concurrent schemes. You will have the opportunity to build and lead new project teams to ensure successful delivery.
About You
- Extensive experience in the delivery of either standalone projects or framework environments for a Main Contractor
- Experience with MEICA/SUDS/RC Tanks
- Degree qualified or nearest possible equivalent
- Member of an appropriate professional institution such as MICE/CIOB/RICS
- Strategic mind‑set, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
