VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on-site commercial activities for the water framework (AMP8 North West). Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage surveyors and drive monthly valuations and subcontract payments.
Essentially, you should have a quantity surveying degree (or RICS/CIOB/ICES accreditation) and proven Senior QS experience. This role is on site with a strong focus on risk, cost control and programme awareness.
