VolkerStevin is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our site team on a project in the Ambleside/Windermere area. You will report to the Commercial Lead and oversee all commercial matters, including cost forecasting, value reporting and contract compliance on the Main and Sub contracts.
The role requires NEC contract experience and a relevant Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management degree, with an RICS accreditation desirable.
