VolkerWessels UK is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join our Hoddesdon team. You will manage data across HR, payroll, recruitment and L&D systems and produce reports that guide business decisions. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Hoddesdon office.
You will maintain high-quality data, build monthly dashboards, support audits, and contribute to GDPR compliance and key HR projects such as pay reviews and engagement surveys.
