VolkerWessels UK is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our 3rd Line Operations team onsite in Hoddesdon. You will provide expert 3rd Line support, manage complex incidents, and maintain both cloud and on‑prem infrastructure while driving automation across the team.
You will have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, Intune, and PowerShell scripting, with exposure to Power Automate/Power Platform and ITIL processes.
