Volker Rail is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Systems team in Doncaster.
Working across a broad range of business and technology initiatives, you will play a key role in improving how systems are adopted, governed and utilised across the organisation, helping to deliver lasting business benefits.
Our core ERP system, COINS, supports around 850 users and remains central to many of our improvement initiatives.
Alongside the ongoing enhancement of COINS, you will lead projects that optimise existing technologies, support the introduction of new solutions and help establish a more coordinated approach to business systems and innovation across Volker Rail.

About you
- Experience delivering construction‑related systems and software (COINS experience desirable).
- Strong track record leading complex IT/ERP or digital projects.
- Confident engaging with technical detail and translating it for others.
- Skilled communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
- Process improvement - ability to challenge inefficiencies and drive modernisation.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
