We currently have a superb opportunity for a Senior Bid Manager to join our Infrastructure business, based out of our Head Office in Hoddesdon. The project portfolio is varied and diverse, including major civils projects. The successful candidate will represent the company in the delivery of tenders, mentor others in developing their skills and knowledge in Bid Management.

About you

• Proven IT and desktop publishing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Construction experience, particularly in civils and rail backgrounds
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities within demanding timescales
• Effective delegation skills
• Experience managing line managers
• Commitment to improving the quality of work
• Understanding of Design/Build processes
• Risk and Value management expertise
