You will lead tender opportunities via existing framework agreements, develop winning solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, compelling submissions and win new contracts.
You will manage timelines, liaise with clients, and drive negotiation through to contract award, building long-term partnerships across Scotland.
