We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Sub-Agent to join our Southern Renewals Enterprise team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of schemes within our Drainage portfolio, including track drainage renewal and refurbishment projects.
Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This role can be based at either our Basingstoke, Hampshire or Gravesend, Kent offices and will require travel to sites across Network Rail's southern route (Kent, Wessex & Sussex).
About you
- Experience working on civil engineering projects, ideally in a Rail environment.
- Proven technical and project management abilities
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
- Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
- Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
- Sufficient experience required in construction.
- PTS
- CITB SMTS or equivalent
- CSCS
- Civil Engineering Qualification - Degree or nearest equivalent
