We have an excellent opportunity for a Batcher Operative to join our Aviation business working on our project at RAF Coningsby. You will operate a concrete batching plant to mix and produce concrete to specific client and quality requirements. You will be responsible for running the plant, monitoring equipment, performing quality control tests, maintaining a clean and safe site, and managing raw material stock levels. About you Previous experience within the construction industry (beneficial but not essential). A full clean driving licence. The ability to work well under pressure, plan, organise, and prioritise workload while meeting tight deadlines.
