Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Director to join our Build Division to lead the successful delivery of Data Centre projects across the UK.
As the Project Director you will take full accountability for safety, programme, commercial performance, and client satisfaction on high-value, complex infrastructure schemes.

- Maintain operational excellence and strong stakeholder engagement.
About You
- Proven track record in a Project Director / Senior Project Manager role within a Tier 1 or major contractor.
- Extensive experience delivering complex Build projects; specifically within the Data Centre world.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (e. g., NEC contracts).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
- Degree‑qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
