As part of our growing water sector portfolio, we are seeking an experienced MEICA Lead to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects across the Anglian Water region. This is an opportunity to influence framework-wide strategy, lead high-performing teams, and shape the future of MEICA delivery within a major long-term programme. Reporting to the Framework Director and working closely with the Head of M&E, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the MEICA strategy across a portfolio of major water projects, ensuring excellence throughout the full project lifecycle from pre-construction and procurement through to commissioning and handover.

About you

  • We are looking for an established MEICA leader with significant experience delivering complex water infrastructure projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will have a strategic mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement.
  • Engineering qualification (BEng, HNC or HND).
  • Extensive experience delivering major water sector projects, ideally within the Anglian Water framework.
  • Strong understanding of water industry standards, including WIMES.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and programme delivery capabilities.
  • Experience with MEICA procurement, commissioning and technical governance.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to influence project outcomes.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced programme environment.
