Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of works on the Agratas project.
This role will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure developments.
About you
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent or Senior Engineer on infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programme delivery.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of the requirements of CDM regulations
- Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets,
- Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues
- Experience in civil engineering
