\\n\\nWe are currently looking for a Site Agent to join our Rail and Depots business, working on a project in Cockfosters.\\n\\nIn this role, you'll take charge of organising works, overseeing project execution, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will drive the project to completion on time and within budget, while managing contractors to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are always met.\\n\\nAbout you\\n\\nProven technical and project management abilities.\\nStrong organisational and management skills.\\nKnowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations.\\nAbility to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work.\\nDetailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment.\\nSolid experience in construction, particularly from a Civils background.\\nPTS\\nCITB SMTS or equivalent\\nCSCSIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
