We build, renew, maintain highways, airports, railway infrastructure, and commercial, industrial and educational buildings. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join the team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail’s Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex). You will commercially manage several concurrent schemes at differing stages. Projects are split into three portfolios of work: Buildings – station buildings, platform construction, upgrades and extensions, canopies, footbridges including all types of M&E works. Earthworks & Drainage – embankment reconstructions, slope stabilisations, track drainage renewals and refurbishments etc. Structures – Tunnels, New & Replacement Bridges, Access for All, Structural Refurbishments and Retaining Structures.
