We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager with a strong background in the water sector to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. Working alongside our delivery teams, you will take ownership of all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, cost, and quality expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure schemes across the region.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as a Works Manager/Construction Manager within the water sector (clean water, wastewater, treatment works, pipelines, or related infrastructure).
- Strong background in civil engineering/utilities projects.
- Experience in managing projects in ECI/Project delivery phases.
- Experience in managing subcontractors, site teams and complex site operations.
- Relevant construction/engineering qualifications ideally to degree level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Commercial awareness and cost control experience.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive successful project outcomes.
