Our two year structured programme is designed to enhance and develop behavioural and technical skills through a blend of 'off' and 'on' the job training. Our programme offers a balance of training and on the job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional.

You will have a relevant degree in civil engineering, be willing to work in various locations and be ready to make an early impact.
