An opportunity has arisen for 2 Information Management Apprentices to join Volker Rail based in Doncaster.
Key duties:
- Support the delivery of Information Management (IM) activities on projects, ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in the use and administration of Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Asite, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of digital tools, workflows, and system improvements.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Pre-contract: Assist with bid support and preparation of key IM documentation (e.g. BIM Execution Plans, Digital Plans).
- Mobilisation: Help set up projects, including IM plans, responsibilities, systems, and user access.
