Ready to play a key role in a busy, people‑focused HR team? We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven HR Service Coordinator to help power our HR Shared Services function. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional support across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to data management — this could be the perfect next step for you. This is a 10‑month fixed‑term contract, based at our Hoddesdon office.
About our role
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing confident, friendly, and solution‑focused support
- Managing HR transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to great service
- Maintaining high‑quality employee data and ensuring our processes run smoothly
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement across the team
About you
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and HR/people databases
- A sharp eye for detail and a flexible, team‑oriented approach
- Previous HR administration experience or CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential)
