We are seeking a Project Director to operationally lead a water framework project in East Anglia, initially in Kings Lynn. This role is ideal for someone stepping up from Senior Project Manager level or already operating as a Project Director within a main contracting environment.

As Project Director you will lead on all operational matters from pre‑construction, delivery and completion, managing multiple concurrent schemes. You will have the opportunity to build and lead new project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operations for the water framework project
  • Coordinate project teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of each scheme
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of Water/Waste Water projects, ideally within a framework environment for a main contractor
  • Degree qualified or nearest possible equivalent
  • Member of an appropriate professional institution such as MICE, CIOB or RICS
  • Strategic mindset with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
