Volker Highways is seeking a proactive Foreman for the Traffic Management division in Brentwood.
You will lead on site, install, maintain and remove TM in line with Chapter 8 and NHSS standards, and ensure all works meet safety and quality expectations.
You will supervise operatives, conduct site surveys, manage equipment, and handle documentation while supporting a culture of zero harm and customer satisfaction.
A valid CSCS card and UK driving license are essential.
