We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Implementation Manager to join a growing financial services client. The role focuses on leading the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes onto internal platforms. This is a hands-on position that combines project management, data analysis, regulatory transaction reporting regimes and subject matter expertise. You will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding journey.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technical, and operational teams
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in regulatory reporting, middle office, or related areas
  • Good knowledge of the derivatives trade lifecycle and relevant reporting frameworks
  • Advanced Excel skills for data handling, reporting, and analysis
  • Practical experience with reconciliations in a regulatory or compliance environment
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management / workflow tools
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II, or CFTC
  • Hands-on involvement in client onboarding, implementation, or account management projects
  • Understanding of SQL for data analysis and queries
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS or Snowflake
  • Background in working with fintech platforms
