As a QTL, you will lead a team of trading supervisors across multiple systematic trading desks spanning listed and OTC asset classes. Build, manage, and mentor a team of junior traders who monitor live trading and advance the trading operations platform. You will own project planning and backlog coordination within the team plus be a key stakeholder to firm wide initiatives. This role collaborates with management, research and development, and trading counterparties.
