UGC Artist - NFL Universe Football

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D items for players to purchase to customize their avatars.
• Work with the art lead on artistic challenges, deliver with consistent speed across all requests, and ensure art assets are delivered on time, efficiently, and within the technical performance budget provided by the lead.
• Use creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goals.
• Execute against NFL Universe's game style and art direction.
• Follow and execute against defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient asset creation and implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with the art lead on the provided feedback, ensuring assets meet quality standards and align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in a creative field (or equivalent freelance/owned project experience)
• A strong understanding of technical optimization best practices in Roblox Studio
• Strong appreciation for male fashion, clothing, and UGC items on Roblox
• Portfolio includes several examples of high-quality UGC Items on Roblox
• Ability to level up assets creatively they have worked on, strong creative sense
• Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Be 18 years of age or older

Nice to Have:

• Familiar with or a fan of American Football.
• Experience creating art assets under performance constraints while maintaining a clear, visually appealing style.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, JIRA, or similar applications.

• Roblox Studio
• Photoshop/gimp/Substance Painter
• Maya
• Blender

Location: Remote

Travel: 2 to 3x / year (onboarding, RDC + possible team meet-ups)

Time Zone: must be willing to have 4 hours of overlap with PST and EST hours
