Responsibilities
- Test games across various devices, including Console & Mobile, gaining a deep understanding of their systems and retaining knowledge for future testing.
- Find, reproduce, and clearly document issues of varying complexity, providing all necessary supporting materials such as logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
- Provide clear, actionable information to developers and stakeholders, ensuring issues are fully understood and prioritized effectively.
- Conduct testing focused on the overall user experience and feel of the game, acting as a voice for our players.
- In collaboration with the QA Lead, create and execute comprehensive test plans with strong coverage, ensuring both core features and edge cases are validated.
Requirements
Previous quality assurance experience is not required for this role.
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
- Experience as an active player on the Roblox platform with a strong understanding of player behaviour.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or issues.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information.
- Quick to adapt to new tools, processes, and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to remain focused and methodical when approaching repetitive or high-volume tasks.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week).
- Willing to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Previous experience working with Roblox Studio.

Location
- Remote.
- Travel - 2 to 3x / year (onboarding, RDC + possible team meet-ups).
- Time Zone - must be willing to have 4 hours of overlap with PST and EST hours.
