Responsibilities
- Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily
- Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code
- Partner with designers, artists, and producers to craft gameplay experiences
- Debug and improve live game systems
- Improve the game on the technical front and maintain high quality standards
- Playtest and provide design/product feedback regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent development experience
- Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving
- Familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
- 1+ years of Roblox development experience
Nice to Have
- Shipped games or features on Roblox or similar platforms
- Game jam or modding experience
- Familiarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning, balancing)
- 2+ years professional software development experience
Tech Stack
- Roblox Lua scripting
- Backend services (AWS, Golang)
- Analytics pipelines (Snowflake, Tableau)

Location
- Remote – if individual is able to work EST/PST hours
- Travel – 2 to 3 times a year (onboarding, RDC + possible team meet-ups)
