What You’ll Do
- Test Brookhaven in both a LIVE and QA environment across Mobile, Tablet, PC, and Console, ensuring comprehensive coverage & that issues are identified early.
- Reproduce and document issues with complete supporting materials (logs, screenshots, reproduction steps).
- Conduct testing from a player-experience perspective, representing Brookhaven’s community voice.
- Collaborate with the QA Lead to create and execute comprehensive test plans which anticipate issues ahead of release.
- Work closely with other QA testers by communicating progress, risks, and test results clearly to ensure effective coverage across tests.
Who You Are
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
- Experience as an active player on the Roblox platform with a strong understanding of Roblox player behaviour.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, issues, or things that don’t look right.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present complex information in an understandable way.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to remain focused and methodical when approaching repetitive or high-volume tasks.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week).
- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Previous experience working on Roblox games professionally.
- Prior experience working in QA.
Location
- Remote / Timezone: Must be willing to work 9 - 5 UK time.
- Travel: 2 to 3x / year (RDC + possible team meet-ups).
