Voldex is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer for Brookhaven and other Roblox titles.

You will lead a small team responsible for delivering features, systems, and live improvements at scale, mentoring engineers, and maintaining high quality across planning, implementation, and release.

You will partner with Product, Design, Art, QA, and leadership to ship polished player experiences and drive live operations.
