You\’ll create engaging and relevant content for distribution by a variety of social and digital media channels, and sometimes for print. You’ll support our Community Engagement Lead to market our programme of events and creative activities, helping us to find effective ways to reach the right people. You’ll also capture imagery and create content that documents the wide range of activities that happen at our Swansea High Street venue.
Period: August – October 2025
Payment: £12.60 per hour. Minimum of 6 hours per week..
Deadline for applications: Noon, Friday 01 August 2025
Responsibilities
●Design image-led content for social media.
●Design and order printed flyers/posters.
●Take photographs or video of events for use on social media.
●Obtain Welsh translation of English content.
●Create a monthly ‘What’s On’ calendar.
Requirements
●You can work independently and as part of a team.
●You have excellent attention to detail.
●You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
●You have a demonstrable experience or interest in creating content (e.g. video, audio, graphic design, photography).
●You regularly use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter.
●You enjoy talking to people in the community about their experiences.

Our mission is to be Swansea’s radical catalyst for a confident, healthy, and creative culture in Wales. We produce groundbreaking original work and distinctive adaptations, and we run, host and support a broad programme of creative and community activities.
