The Role: Reporting to the Head of Ecomm & Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive is required to support in executing the Digital & Ecommerce teams roadmap, consisting of email marketing, website management, SEO/AEO, affiliate marketing, digital partnerships and other digital marketing tasks where required. This role also supports brand objectives in the digital space including ensuring aligned marketing materials and brand led content creation. This is a truly diverse and desirable role for someone who wants to develop their skills in an agile digital marketing team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, keen to develop and who thrives within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the email marketing channel using Klaviyo, including the creation of weekly emails, database segmentation, email flows and reporting on performance.
  • Assist with managing our paid advertising agency, providing creative assets, ad copy and approving ads for go live across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Reporting on digital channels performance using Klaviyo and Google Analytics, and third party tools for SEO/AEO and website metrics.
  • Website management on Shopify including landing page and category creation, product upload and merchandising, banner changes, discount code creation, conversion rate optimisation and user journey improvements.
  • Driving SEO/AEO best practice where relevant through onsite optimisations to increase organic visibility across search engines and LLMs.
  • Influencer and partnership sourcing to ensure organic coverage across social media platforms and support with managing our affiliate channel.
  • Assist with the video content creation roadmap and plan to align with the paid advertising strategy, to create highly engaging and converting content.
  • Work closely with our inhouse graphics designer to produce ads, email and website assets.
  • Implementation of brand objectives in the digital space to ensure brand alignment with wholesale and ecommerce ensuring different customer profiles needs are met.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3+ years working within a similar Digital Marketing role.
  • Passionate and entrepreneurial digital marketing and brand enthusiast with email, website and paid marketing knowledge.
  • Understanding and demonstrable experience of email marketing (preferably with Klaviyo or equivalent) including best practice, creation, sending, segmentation, testing and reporting.
  • Knowledge and experience with website CMS and reporting tools eg. Shopify, Google Analytics, Polar Analytics or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO onpage, offpage and technical best practice.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and opportunities within this channel.
  • A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable.
  • UK based and within commuting distance of our Brixton HQ.
