We specialise in providing brilliant coffee, comprehensive training, technical services, and ongoing support to our wholesale partners. Our mission is to make premium coffee accessible while ensuring a delightful experience for both our partners and consumers.

This is a full-time role based in Brixton with regular visits to sites around Central London and occasionally further afield. The Corporate Wholesale Manager will focus on developing and managing relationships with corporate wholesale clients (primarily offices and co-working spaces), driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating business plans
  • Analysing sales performance
  • Providing training and support to customers
  • Identifying new opportunities for business development
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and optimise performance
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and teams
  • Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Experience in Excel and building sales reports
  • Knowledge or passion for the coffee industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
