Gold-Vision CRM is recruiting for a senior software developer to join our growing team. You will be working with the Microsoft technology stack to produce business critical web applications as part of a small and highly experienced team that leverages AI to develop impactful solutions. The Senior Software Developer plays a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Gold-Vision CRM platform. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong engineering judgement, contributing to scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. The postholder is expected to actively use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude for GitHub to improve delivery speed, quality, and consistency while retaining accountability for outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software features and services.
- Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
- Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and support.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and maintainability.
- Proactively manage technical debt and refactoring activities.
- Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude for GitHub) to assist with coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps colleagues.
- Provide informal mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling.
- Proven full-stack experience in a senior software development role working with the Microsoft technology stack and web applications.
- Strong software design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in collaborative Agile development teams.
- Strong understanding of modern development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (especially Copilot for GitHub, Claude, or Cursor).
