You will be working with the Microsoft technology stack to produce business‑critical web applications as part of a small and highly experienced team that leverages AI to develop impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality software features and services.
- Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural design and technical decision‑making.
- Own features end‑to‑end from design through deployment and support.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and maintainability.
- Proactively manage technical debt and refactoring activities.
- Use AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Claude for Git Hub to assist with coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Dev Ops colleagues.
- Provide informal mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling.
Qualifications
- Proven full‑stack experience in a senior software development role working with the Microsoft technology stack and web applications.
- Strong software design and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in collaborative Agile development teams.
- Strong understanding of modern development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools (especially Copilot for Git Hub, Claude, or Cursor).
- Desirable: Experience working on CRM, Saa S, or enterprise software platforms.
- Desirable: Cloud‑based architecture experience.
- Desirable: Experience mentoring developers.
