We are specialized in servicing EU Institutions in travel and logistics. We are now looking for Travel Assistants to join us and help deliver seamless travel experiences for our clients, as we have many opportunities in the pipeline.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in booking flights and travel arrangements
- Support our travel consultants with daily operations
- Handle changes, updates, and client requests
- Ensure smooth coordination and high service quality
Who you are:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communicator in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of Amadeus (accreditation are preferred)
- Experience with travel booking or administration is an advantage
