What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and ordering catering in advance, taking into account passenger preferences and dietary needs.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality, freshly made food that meets the standards of discerning travelers.
- Working hand-in-hand with our Operations Department to ensure aircraft cleanliness, snags are addressed, and serviceability never compromises the client experience.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for UHNW owners and their representatives—discretion and professionalism are essential here.
- Coordinating pre-flight and post-flight arrangements, from stocking the aircraft with premium supplies to thorough de-stocking after each journey.
