About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and optimise our Veryon Tracking system. This is a key role supporting our continuing airworthiness, engineering, logistics and finance operations, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with Engineering, CAMO, Logistics and finance teams to ensure the system supports safe, efficient aircraft operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Veryon Tracking system, including user access and configurations
  • Provide system support and troubleshoot issues for all users
  • Raise and manage support requests to the system owner
  • Create reports as required by users
  • Support system testing, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary liaison with Veryon vendor support

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience with an aviation MRO / maintenance tracking system (e.g., Veryon Tracking, AMOS, TRAX, Rusada)
  • Good understanding of aircraft maintenance and airworthiness requirements
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations
  • Strong data management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all teams

Desirable

  • Direct experience with Veryon Tracking
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting, or integrations
  • Able to create reports using SQL
