Volantes Technical Recruitment is seeking skilled Non-Licensed Mechanical Technicians to join an incredible permanent opportunity located at Oxford, Airport.

As a Mechanical Technician, you'll be working under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers on some of the best helicopters in the world.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, continued operation of our aircraft through:
- Replacement and installation of mechanical and electrical components as per maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
- While not certifying work, you will support licensed engineers and technicians in the completion of inspections and repairs.
- Work closely with licensed engineers, fitters, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Essential: Enthusiasm for aviation, a desire to learn and adapt, good with your hands and able to work methodically to instructions. You must be able to adopt a mindset focused on safety. The lives of passengers and crews depend on competent maintainers.
- Desirable: Experience within aviation.
- Knowledge & Skills: Proven ability to work with technical instructions. We will be looking for technicians that can apply those instructions safely, efficiently and effectively.
